Job Details Primary Responsibilities: - Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals. - Engage with the public to identify home improvement needs. - Answer questions about our products. - Gather information for appointment setting purposes. Qualifications: - Reliable transportation (required) - A smartphone to use for communication - Ability to be on your feet for 4-6 hours - Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasions - Outgoing personality with ability to drive a conversations - Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required - Must have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle - Must be 18 years or older -Completion of a video interview assessment as part of the application. How to prepare: 1.) You will receive an email inviting you to complete the first interview in our process. 2.)Set aside 15-20 minutes for the self-guided assessment that includes questions and games. 3.) Find a quiet place to record and be camera-ready. - You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with your camera and microphone enabled. - You'll answer questions with 1 minute to prepare, 3 minutes to respond, and 1 opportunity to re-record. - Share your skills and experience, and bring your personality to the interview. - Our hiring needs are immediate, so please complete this as soon as possible to be considered.
