As a Recruiter, you'll identify high-quality talent, drive placements, and have a direct impact on client success and candidate careers.Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance for roles in the Engineering & Supply Chain field.Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates within the Engineering & Supply Chain industry.Strategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels related to Engineering & Supply Chain.Partner with Business Development Managers to deliver best-in-class hiring solutions.Consistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goals.Requirements:2-4 years of recruiting experience from a staffing agency environment; experience recruiting in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain is highly preferred.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close.Proven success working in a performance-driven environment.A proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent time management skills.Desire for continued career growth within a dynamic, team-oriented company.Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote).Compensation & Benefits:This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan.
